Elephant hotel

Discussions of new films, books, television shows, and media indirectly related to magic and magicians. For example, there may be a book on mnemonics or theatrical technique we should know or at least know about.

As if there weren't enough historical curiosities from Coney Island:

When I think of Coney Island, I think of two people. Al Flosso and George Harrison.

I think of Nathan's hot dogs and roasted peanuts in the shell.

When the Beatles were in New York,George Harrison snuck out one night and went to Coney Island to get a Nathan's hot dog.

Yesterday I was walking down the street in Seoul, with Satoshi Onosaka. We passed a restaurant called "Hotdog New York" which prompted him to say that the hot dogs in Manhattan tasted better than anywhere else, which got me reminiscing about the Nathan's on 42nd street, years ago, that sold the best hot dogs for all of twenty cents.

That's not magic-related, but it sort of is.
