The Director of Now You See Me 2 Describes the Magic Behind the Film's Best Scene

"Making a movie is a kind of magic. A group of talented people, working together to make you believe something that’s not real. Making a movie about magic takes that up a notch, because he audience expects to be wowed not just by the movie, but the magic too, which requires a certain level of awareness."

For what it's worth, my wife and daughter saw the movie last night and thought it was "great."

I saw it with my daughter on opening night, and we both thought it was fantastic.

Far better than the first movie, I thought it framed magic, and magicians very nicely.

I predict a large increase in traffic here and on the Green board, as newcomers seek the road to becoming a "Horseman"

Got invited to perform magic at the premiere in my city. My two sons came with me. Since then, they're throwing cards everywhere in the house...

I'm glad I did not show them Ricky Jay in action...
