war magician?

Discussions of new films, books, television shows, and media indirectly related to magic and magicians. For example, there may be a book on mnemonics or theatrical technique we should know or at least know about.

Bemused attempt at AgitPrank? Malaprop, misinform, terrorist action?

"BBC Trending interviewed Mahmoud and put it to him that his stunt was in fact dangerous - and potentially stoked and exploited real people's fears." <- put it to him ?
or perhaps "However, realising that the joke was getting out of hand, Mahmoud called a halt to the prank after two days" was the problem? Should one call off a battle report for fictitious battles when real troops are deployed in the non-fictitious area?
