On the bright side, if a member of your audience ever does spot you wearing a thumb tip, you can just tell them that it's your rubbery sheath with conductive trace and tip for your phone. And it's just so darned natural that you forgot you were wearing it. So nothing to see here.

And just wait until you see their next product: a perfectly circular 12" loop of chromed steel with a small gap that ensures you will never lose your car keys, house keys or other important keys ever again. Don't worry: the gap can be snapped closed so your keys won't fall off. It's unfortunately been delayed because their marketing department is having trouble coming up with a name for it, though.

If you have to wear a rubbery sheath with conductive trace and tip to optimally use a phone, it sounds like the phone has a poor ergonomic design.
