Quad Silk by Pavel

I just got an old Quad Silk by Pavel and most of it's there but I'm missing the Black Tube with the gimmick.Would anybody know where I can get just the Black Tube?Is there a way to make one for this trick and how would I make it?Thanks for any help that someone can give me,I appreciate it greatly.
