Poker Challenge in Apocalypse

A place where beginners can participate, ask questions, and post their views. However, beginners typically ask a lot of questions about sources, tricks, books, and so on. In fact, all magicians are interested (or should be) in the provenance of tricks, ideas, and related matters. This department will service these needs.

Poker Challenge in Apocalypse

Postby Adam Brooks » January 21st, 2016, 9:00 pm

Hey folks,

I'm trying to find a poker challenge/betcha published somewhere in Apocalypse. The performer bets a spectator that they can each draw and hand of five cards from the deck without returning them. The performer can at least tie the spectator the first time, and definitely beat their hand the second time.

Thank you!
Adam

See if Tom Craven's Head to Head in vol 3 no 9, September 1980 is what you are looking for.
