Help - replying to a msg doesnt work

someone sent me a msg about a post i had. i have tried to reply in the quick reply box numerous times and its not posting. when i hit submit i get a blank screen shows done at the lower right corner. when i go back to check the msg my reply doesnt show. am i doing something wrong>

You are not doing anything wrong. It is a major bug in the system that has yet to be worked out.

The only work-around is to PM the original sender with a new message. I just copy & paste the subject line of their message into the new subject line. It's a pain, but it's all we've got right now.
