Is there a good resource to visit for information on the legal use of the Houdini name or likeness? I wanted to create some Houdini magic games for the iPad.

Any help is appreciated. I have seen some illustrated books, and they have no copyright notice or licensing info?

Google "trademark database" and you'll find plenty of places that will allow you to identify who owns the mark for which types of products.

Geno Munari owns some sort of trademark there.
