Is this a Forcing Book or Book Test Book?

I have a copy of GRIMM'S FAIRY TALES presumably compiled by Walter A. Scott. It is a fairly modern book--last forty or fifty years I'd say--but it has none of the accoutrements of a modern book--no date, no publisher, no title page, no ISBN or LC number, etc. so I suspect it was self-published. I also think that Walter Scott was a PEA member who lived or lives in Kansas. I suspect this might be a Forcing Book or Book Test Book. There are no apparent instructions or any other helpful clues. Does this ring any bells for anyone? Can anyone help me identify this and/or confirm my suspicions? Thanks for any help you can provide. - Dan
