Anyone know where I can get a copy of this trick?
I gave this trick to my cousin in London, a budding magician himself, thinking that I could just re-order it back in the US. Alas, it's been discontinued and I miss performing it. Very baffling effect- this trick never failed to astonish. I believe Becker performed this on the Carson show.
If necessary, I'll make it up myself, but It's also difficult to find the necessary colored ESP cards.

Like Larry say's in Stunners Plus, contact Haines House of Cards at: http://www.haineshoc.com/
or pick up the European made Piatnick "Magic Christian" ESP cards. You could always make your own easily enough on the computer and just print out the proper colors onto suitable card stock or hand make them with appropriate color markers from the Office Max, etc.

I forgot to mention that there is an alternative method in Stunners Plus called "Terminal Psycho" that would certainly be worth looking up.
