David, thanks for the plug, much appreciated. Alas, we haven't had the excellent Jakutsch monographs in stock for several years, new or used, and I recommend folks check with Doc Eason and Joe Stevens as their current best bets. When available, the books sell for $25 each (I think Joe was only selling the 3 as a set for $75). They are not listed on either's sites, but they may still have them.
