Have you tried Collector's Workshop? I believe they were republished.

Volume 4 is currently available from Viking/CW. According to their site, Vol 1-3 and 5 are pending, although I don't know when that was last updated.

George is now out of stock completely and right now will not put a date as to if and when Volume 5 will ever be seen. That is the volume to contain all the special inserts that were missing from the reprints.
