For as highly as I praised the guys at the Underground Collective I've come to a point of concern. I returned something I'd purchased from them, seeking to exchange it along with some minor credit on the difference. I've also emailed them several times over the past few weeks to see what's going on? No calls, No response whatsoever!

Does anyone know if they're still around or what's going on with them?

They seemed so together and on top of things initially????

Well, thank the gods! The guys at the Underground Collective finally got back to me... seems between vacations and "the day job" that got seriously backlogged and never thought to leave a notice on the site as to what was up.

They've assured me, all is well and being tended to and even said that they understood my rather "nasty" email, stating that they'ed feel the same way.

No harm, no fowl!
