I located an old copy of this book--"Our Magic" by Maskelyne & Devant
Copyright 1911
Hard copy--dark blue with gold lettering for title, etc.
Rabbit in top hat on cover
Has some water damage but pages ok and binding all tight

Does anyone have any idea of current value?

Hi Gene--it appears that you have a first American edition published in New York by Dutton. The copy in the Potter & Potter J.P. Jackson auction (Lot 329 in nice condition) matches your edition and is listed for $80.00 as the opening bid. The bidding estimate is $150.00 to $250.00.

I'd wait for the auction results to see what it sold for to get an idea of its value. Then I would subtract accordingly for the water damage.
