The price is wrong as listed. How much is it supposed to be?

I used to price all my deluxe editions at double the original retail price. So, my guess is that this was orignally $70.

The deluxe edition of his new book is worth at least twice as much to avoid the bafflingly bad dust jacket.

Baffingly bad?? I'd call it marvelously minimalistic.

One of the things I've always liked about Richard's books are those wonderful liquid-coated dust jackets. They just look so much sharper than the plain paper ones.

My favorites are the dustjackets of the Hamman book and the Dingle Book. The first just "pops" on the shelf, completely at odds with the understated manner of its subject. The latter is like the monolith in Kubrick's 2001--big, black, intimidating, but full of mystery.

My graphic design abilities varied from book to book. I found it very difficult after the first few years to keep coming up with new dustjacket designs. I think my worst are those for the Kurtz book and Magie Duvivier. Both excellent books, but ill-served by my covers.

Interestingly, when Jamy Swiss reviewed my title Folding Money Fooling in Genii, he loved the book, but hated the dustjacket, which is a beautiful piece of art by Earle Oakes of Bob Neale emerging from the center of a dollar bill holding a piece of Origami.

Everyone's taste is different.

No, the ad is in German. I mean, how much is it listed for on eBay?
