Mystery and wonder hand in hand
Artistic license across the land
Giving the gift that only magic can
I sit transfixed gazing upon the stage
Conspiracy all the rage and all that one can stand and more.
Oblivious to the cares of the world should wonders ever cease
No not now nor never for ripe as ever is this lease on foreign shores.

I had two extra sets of Weber notes and two people have already claimed them. So they are now sold.

One of Weber's mentors was/is Charlie Miller. The other booklet written by Robert Parish is still for sale and contains among other things, Miller's handling on Bill Woodfield's Torn & Restored Card. I have my own personal, legit edition copy of this wonderful booklet, so when I saw this in the bins, I couldn't help myself to bring this hidden gem out to light.

--------------------------Magic-Con--------------------------

Likewise Mr. Kaufman. It was like talking with a magic Uncle. I wasn't nervous at all and it was an honor to finally meet the Chief Genii and shake his hand. I didn't see you in the other workshop Weber did after the convention. Killer stuff.

Overall Magic-Con was fantastic and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately the next one will be in 2014, so if any of you have never gone to a magic convention (as this was my very first one), I highly recommend the one Genii will be having in October. I felt like I have evolved during these past three days and my head is still spinning. I've died and gone to magic heaven. Hopefully I will be able to attend your convention as expectations can only go up from here.

>Pick-Up Only Due to Nature of Item
>Table Size is Approximately 23" x 23" [ MINT ]
>Comes With Custom Buttoned Black Canvas Bag

[quote: Tabman http://www.tabmantables.com/products.html ]Here's Gardner's notes on what Marshall Smith, the artist, told him about it in 1946: "He (Erdnase) had a small board, like a chessboard, with green baize on it, and Smith thinks he remembers a small ridge about half-inch high around edges. Placed it on table. Did the card tricks on it and used it as base for posing the pictures. Board about two feet square..."

So here's what I've done. First I've covered both sides with 100% wool, 21 oz green Mali cloth with one side padded with a quarter inch professional blackjack or volara table padding. The sides are solid mahogany, cherry, or walnut, hand rubbed to an exquisite finish rivaling the finest in magicians' and gamblers' wood and clothwork. So you can use both sides of Tabman's Erdnase Train Table. The corners are rounded for an authentic look as pictured (check the illustrations in Expert At The Card Table). These type tables were popular in the old days a century ago to rest on the knees of two or more passengers facing each other riding in the coach cars of a train on long trips so they could play cards (or maybe do some card tricks or closeup magic!!!) Sides feature a 1/4" lip to keep balls, etc from rolling off for doing Cups and Balls.[/quote]
