I have a complete set all the way through issue 14. It was a struggle to get them from Jeff. For a while you had to buy from him in order to get the magazine. It had some good quality magic however.

I have a complete set, plus an extra copy of the Riser issue, which I put together from various sellers. All told, I paid about $180 or so.

I have a complete file as well. I suspect that Richard is correct, that there are many complete files.
