LIST FOR SALE

Postby GAMOLO » May 30th, 2011, 10:50 pm

Please contact by email.....Gale Molovinsky, 5263 Landings Blvd., Sarasota, Fl. 34231....Gamolo@aol.com

Below is an updated list (5/31/11) of what is for sale, including posters:

A Gamolo Levitation Stage Set as follows:
The resin fiberglass 8' MUMMY..............$300.00
"King Tut" Mummy......back is hollow.....weighs about 40 pounds...easily handled...This
is resin fiberglass fashioned by the Toscano outfit that has an entire line of Egyptian
themed furniture/reproductions/etc., etc., of tomb objects.

Painted canvas Interior of a Pyramid Scene.........$200.00
Huge (20' x 10' ) canvas painted carny backdrop banner of the "Interior of The Great
Pyramid;" employed by midway barkers for dancing girlie shows/magic acts/bally
attractions/etc., etc.

The Gamolo Levitation table set.........$500.00
This includes a custom built faux Roman slab rock table, three Roman pillars, and a
special step ladder to hide the gimmick so the levi can be viewed by most angles if the
performer wants to do a "walk away."
The faux Roman slab rock bed/table is made from theatrical foam and has reinforced
laminate inside. It is very durable but lightweight. It is currently spray painted sandy
brown to resemble sandstone; of course, it can be painted any color desired. The table
incorporates a hidden cutout in the back for the cradle. NATURALLY, ANY
LEVITATION CAN BE EMPLOYED. The four pieces ( 3 pillars and table) are held
together by provided hidden straps if set desired to be transported intact and thus
easily carried and set up by one person.
NOTE: AN ACTUAL GAMOLO LEVITATION IS NOT INCLUDED; THIS IS A STAGE
SET.
Picture # 2 is not of me; this is a couple that purchased a new Gamolo Levitation but a
slightly used Roman table.
Picture # 1 is of Trevor Dawson performing the levi that was set up at the 2006 MCA
Convention as the souvenir photo opp for attendees. This featured a virtually identical
new Roman table.
The entire set can be purchased for $900.00. (Note: The faux stone Sphinx and the
carpet and oil lamps in the photo have been sold)

Park Bench Asrah (Retails new for $3500)

This was built by BILL SHEDOUDY / CREATIVE MAGIC DESIGN and looks like a park
bench that you can actually sit on. Fabulous for storage because one half the size of an
Owen table! Form has been reworked for maximum effect (i.e., breasts, chin, etc.
added) The Bench uses a step and bottom flex to hide the assistant and is very
deceptive. Wedge principle of being thinner at the front (facing audience) and wider at
the back is employed in the construction of the bench. Bench is about 71" x 26" x 8"
and not heavy at all (about 30 pounds).

The sides and back come apart and the form fits inside. There is a split in the spandex
that is painted the same color as the bench itself to look as though it were made of
concrete. There is a front edge that is solid so that one can sit down to reinforce the
effect of it being solid. (Note: Klamm Mylar Backdrop in photo not included)
Price: $ 1500.00

Here are very unique items:
LADY ILINA......huge (name only) carny banner; has grommets and dates from the
1930's era. Ilina is a mindreader; the banner reminiscence of Gresham's "Nightmare
Alley" midway bally shows. $250.00:

ELECTRONIC ASIAN WITCH DOCTOR SATYR'S HEAD (Chuck Caputo)...............$475.00
Rare, probably the most beautiful prop he ever constructed....far too expensive to make
in quantity. This is a wooden hand carved mask. The Eyes flash, cards eject from the
Mouth, selected card rises from the Head.
BOB KLINE VINTAGE SWIRL-IT................$300.00
Only 48 made
This is one of Bob Kline's (of Copenetro fame,) most beautiful effects and certainly
unique
from any other silk production. A beautiful cabinet with Oriental motif and no front or
back is shown, dangling on a thick tassel and cord. Obviously, it can clearly be seen to
be empty. The cabinet is given a spin, twirling at the end of the cord. As the cabinet
spins it is seen to visibly fill to overflowing with silks!
Decorated beautifully in red, gold and black it is one of the prettiest silk production
effects ever built.

Chalet Magic Banner Nest of Boxes ( Incidentally, George is done.....no more Chalet
Magic being made).....................$250.00
A Classic Brought Into The 21st Century
Leave it to George Kimery and his wonderful sense of design to bring this
wonderful classic of dove magic into the 21st Century.
The old version consisted of nesting red, white and blue boxes, all solid.
George's brilliant idea of the drop down front for the larger box and a
"cage" as the smaller box really makes this a modern day miracle. Plus,
he's left the paint behind and finished the big box in a beautiful natural
finish and the cage is clear lucite with silver bars, both most eye
appealing.
The magician shows a beautiful natural finish wood box with brass trim.
He lowers the front door to reveal a crystal clear lucite cage inside,
complete with bars. He then opens the lid of the box and removes the
cage, placing it on a tray. The box can be seen empty and both the front
and top doors are closed.
A lady's finger ring is now borrowed and threaded onto a ribbon which is
gently tied around the neck of a dove. The dove is placed into the cage.
An assistant holds the tray while the magician covers the cage with a
cloth. It is lifted and carried to the front of the stage where the cloth is
tossed into the air. The cage and dove have vanished.
The wood box is opened and, once again, inside is found the cage,
complete with the dove! The dove is removed and the magician removes
the ring from his neck and returns it to the spectator who verifies it is, in
fact, her ring.
The props are simply gorgeous. Complete with everything needed, the
cages, the wood chest, the tray, the cloth and original instructions.

TABLE:

(folding) stand.....$60.00
