It's taken a couple of years of development and manufacturing hassles, but I now have something to show you:
MEMENTO
The retail price will be $55 - I am currently the only one with these, and the price for now is $45 DELIVERED in the US.

OK. I'll buy Memento.
David,
Forgive me. I am from Canada, but I am still a fan of yours. You have sold me on Memento, but then you could probably sell me on swamp land in Florida.
This effect is not listed on your website, so how can I buy one from you?

Re: OK. I'll buy Memento.
I asked Wayne to put together a straight-through performance of MEMENTO. You can find it here:
Memento straight through...
I'm getting so many questions about MEMENTO. My current (writing) job has me crazy busy, so here are some answers:
a) Yes, any card can be selected.
b) I use a regular deck, but if you choose not to, it's a simple matter to table the free selection then show a matching card in MEMENTO.
c) I perform MEMENTO as an impossible prediction, the effect is the MATCHING. Consider MEMENTO akin to revealing a prediction in a beautiful isolated frame.
d) Yes, you can do MEMENTO as a signed-card-to-pocket effect...only the card isn't just in your pocket, it's in MEMENTO! There is zero hesitation if you choose to perform this version - seriously - it takes as long as it would normally take to remove the clear block from the pocket.
e) No, you do not need to palm. The version I teach is with NO PALM, and it is a very slick method.
f) Yes, you can cop the card if you want (as in the case of card-to-pocket) and have the card end up in MEMENTO.
I think I've covered the majority of the questions!

Bought Memento
David,
I hope I am the first Canadian to buy this effect.
And don't judge us all by me.

Re: Bought Memento
Memento will be IN STOCK on Friday at The Magic Apple. I'm excited to see it. It has been the "talk of the town" here in L.A.

Re: Bought Memento
Here's an alternate handling for MEMENTO, one where the selection is tabled. It's down and dirty, no spectator is with me so I don't really perform the trick (see the regular demo for that), but you'll get the idea. The cards are not cut or treated - you can probably figure out what's going on. If not, I'll have an explanation video up tomorrow for people who own MEMENTO. If you email me at regal@regalmagic.com I'll send you the link - I don't want the explanation public.
Here's the alternate handling:
Alternate MEMENTO handling
By the way, in the explanation video I explain the changes, but I DON'T explain the workings of MEMENTO...
Enjoy.

Is anyone else having trouble getting access to this on YouTube?
