Orbens Current Comedy

These are all individual issues (with one exception listed which is a bound copy of 24 issues) of Orbens Current Comedy Newsletter. Robert Orben produced this 4 sided A4 newsletter every two weeks. It contains not only topical lines of the time (many of which can be updated by changing the names of politicians, film stars etc) but also one liners on general subjects and perhaps most importantly of all ad libs for one off situations (faulty mics, hecklers, over the top intros etc). I doubt anyone on buying them will use all the lines from any one issue (there are about 60 in each), but it really is a case of that those one or two lines in each issue, which suit your personality and character, will be worth their in gold.

Some selected lines from these newsletters made themselves into Orbens published books, but there are a LOT of extra lines here which didnt
