History of Grimoires New Book From Oxford U. Press

For magic history folks, there is a new book coming out from Oxford Univ. Press called GRIMOIRES : A HISTORY OF MAGIC BOOKS by Owen Davies.

It is more of a history of magic book in different cultures and times from Egypt up to our own, rather than a book about stage magic. It is available in the UK now, and will be so in the US on 15 May.
