How can I locate Jack Hughes' Estate?

I am trying to locate an email address or phone# for Jack Hughes' estate. I know little about him or even if he is still with us. I am looking to recreate an old effect of his but need permission and to offer royalties.
Any help would be appreciated.

try Derek Lever from Taurus Magic Supplies in GB. I think he wrote the books on him and took over all or part of the Jack Hughes Company.
