Does anybody know where I can get a spoon that has a bowl at each end? Or possibly a spoon with a fork at the other end. These need to be made out of one solid piece(or no visible welds.)

Call the folks at Hank Lee. I saw a two ended spoon there. It is the same quality as cafeteria flatware, but it is made from one piece of metal.
