I have to apologize, a couple of people have PM'ed me and I didn't know it until today (I thought I would get an email if PM'ed) to let me know they have (had?) the book or a heads up to who does (did?)...

My finances have taken a downward turn since placing the ad.

I certainly can send it to the UK. First class internat'l, add $16; priority intn'l add $41; express intn'l add $50. BTW, This book says "revised edition" on the cover, fm 2008 - white cover with pseudo typewriter font for title. This is what you want, right?
