This photo seems to show Nate Leipzig in 1939 (the year he died) doing a routine with two dice for Grover Whalen, President of the New York World's Fair Corporation:

Vernon's Tribute to Nate Leipzig mentions that he carried two dice in a special holder and gives some one die moves he used. Was his two dice handling or full routine ever published? Curious how it might compare to the Sack's Dice routine.

Re: Leipzig Dice Routine
Left to Right the people are Grover A. Whalen (president of the 1939 World's Fair Corporation), Nate Leipzig (then President of the SAM), John Mulholland (who probably set the thing up), Leonard Dreyfuss and Elmer Ransom (last surviving Charter Member of the SAM).

Re: Leipzig Dice Routine
A great photo Mr. Hatch! It looks like Nate is doing the Sack's Routine or some version of it.
