Al Forgione??

Same question as posed regarding Roy Johnson: I'm trying to get my hands on one or more of the wonderful illustrations done for Bill Madsen's "Hex!" and am curious if the incredible Al Forgione is still with us...

I'm assuming he was from Boston, since that's where Madsen lived.
