Bob, I think you misread my post. I wasn't saying there were no legal theories -- as you seem to think I said -- after quoting your reference to copyright, I said there were alternatives.

No, Pete. The show was private and I gave no permission to video my performance and signed no release giving same. If this was a public performance and there were no restrictions posted about taping I probably wouldn't have much to say, but in this case the show was for a private client and there was no release proffered or signed. YouTube understood this and removed the video.
