One new item I don't believe has ever been made public (correct me if I'm wrong): Houdini, in the letter to Vail, says Kukol took the famous pictures of himself with Theodore Roosevelt aboard the ship in 1914! He says there are at least two other versions of the picture. Any clues out there, Houdini-philes?

Rolf, are you still around? I'm going to do a follow-up post on my blog about David's letter and your appearance on this forum, and I'd love to get your permission to use that beautiful portrait shot of Franz.
