was published ?

Hmm, I just checked mine and judging from your question you knew it doesn't have a date in it, just "Copyright". I bought mine in the mid 1970's.

If it's any help, mine was illustrated by Ali Bongo so maybe you could check with him? And on the back is the Demon logo, which would indicate this was published during their lifetime.

You beat me to it. I must have got mine a bit later than that, but it has the same "look" as things produced in the 1960s. Is anyone in touch with Pat Page?

I bought mine between 1962 and 1964 but I cannot find an Ad in a review about this book.
Perhaps it was published before 1960.

One of my friend has found an Ad for the Topit Book in Le Magicien N101, October 1966, page 3740.
Except if someone finds another Ad in an english magazine, it seems that 1966 is the good year.

So, update your files
