George Armstrong - "Magic Wand" Publications

Does anyone know who holds the copyright for the books published by George Armstrong & "Magic Wand Publications"? (I'm assuming he's dead). Were the rights purchased by another dealer or did they pass to his surviving relatives? I was thinking of "donating" an html version of one of his books to The Learned Pig Project but I've no idea if it's mine to give.

There is an insert sheet in the Digital Pentagram that says Martin Breese holds copyright to Max Andrews' Magic Magazine, George Armstrong's Wizard and the entire Magic Wand. You can e-mail Mr. Breese at:

Thanks Eric, much appreciated. Obviously I won't infringe on Martin's copyright but it's always worth asking.
