I generally access Genii through the iPad app. This morning it asked me to login
My login (email address / password) does not work. I get the error that username or password is incorrect.
I am able to access through the website using my email address and password.

I also generally access Genii using the iPad app. I just attempted to view Genii using the app. The app requested my username email and password before opening. Before it has always opened with the most current issue being displayed.
I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I was unable to access Genii through the app. I deleted the app, turned the power off and reinstalled it. Again no success.
The error message in all cases is "Your username or password is incorrect."
Do the more iPad literate among us have any possible solutions?
Any and all help is appreciated.

I've brought this to the attention of the companies who handle the digital end of things.
I was just able to launch the app. It did not ask me to login, and the new issue opened with no problem.
Please try it again tomorrow. I assume you are both using iPads?

In my case it isn't the current issue, it's the previous ones. I'm using an iPad too. I've never had an issue up to this point
