Subscription Issues

Hi there!

I subscribed to Genii almost a week ago now, and I still don't have access to anything.
I thought It may have been waiting for the money to transfer but that has also been received.

I have also contacted customer service with no success.

Any ideas?

I have already emailed previously as mentioned above.
I also live in Australia so an international call would cost me a fortune.

I've tried the obvious solutions, so I was looking for other reasons why it may not have been working
