Token authentication error on iPad

Token authentication error on iPad

Good afternoon, upon signing into my Genii app, it threw a Token Authentication Error. It shows the issues I've downloaded but I cannot view any of them. When I try it takes me to my subscription page. My subscription is indeed current. Any ideas on this?

Delete the app and download it again. Then try.

Richard, unfortunately that did not work. Deleted the app, reinstalled from the App Store, signed in and immediately got the same error.

Suggestions?

"Token Authentication" error reminds me of an error message from the old genii app.

Make sure it's not the old "Blue Toad" Genii app you are installing?
