Is anyone else seeing a gap between 6/1/95 and 7/1/99.

When I look at "issues" via a browser window I see all the nice new Kaufman era goodness, but those issues only show blank icons and don't seem to load.

Perhaps those are still process of uploading? Or maybe some broken links somewhere?

Broken links. They're going to try and fix it over the weekend.
