Hi,
I recently purchased the digital only subscription. I am have a lot of trouble with the android app and the desktop viewer. How can I download the issues for offline viewing with other readers?
Thanks!

Re: Offline Viewing
There is a button on the toolbar of the Android app with a small arrow pointing downward. That will allow you to download the issue to your device.

Re: Offline Viewing
Thank you for the reply, Richard. I don't see a download button in the app, but it appears to be downloading automatically. However I can't locate the file in my phone, and the app doesn't give a directory for where the download is going.
I'd like to view the issues with my kindle app, or another magazine reader.
Thank,
Jonathan

Re: Offline Viewing
I just noticed that you said you are having problems with the desktop viewer. Do you mean using your browser on your desktop or laptop? Please describe exactly what problems you're having because except for the Search feature, most everything else has been fixed and works fine. If you are using Internet Explorer that would account for your problems. Dump it: it's antiquated and lots of sites have problems with it. Use FireFox or Chrome!
