No access to the videos on ancient numbers on iPad

I can't access to the video on the past issues of genii onpy iPad

Your question is too broad.
While you are reading te present digitial issue, look for a folder on the left called "Archive" and it will have earlier digitial issues.

If you want to read the 75 years of back issus, you must use your browser, not the Genii app, and login to Ask Alexander.

I suggest you read the instructions on the Genii website.

You didn't understand my (probably my fault)
On my ipad I downloaded the last 10 issues of genii.
Now when I open the July issue (Miguel Angel Gea) and try to see again the video e.g. of Direct matrix: no response
It's the same with all the links marked by an eye.
The links to the internet sites are still working.

I just opened my iPad and tried it, and the video plays fine.
I would suggest that you delete the issue and download it again. You MUST click the box that ask you if you want to download the multimedia files.

That's what i did . It works .
But it used to work before without clicking the box .

It will still work without clicking the box, however you have to wait until your iPad connects via wi-fi to the internet and then wait for the video. It works much better if you download the multi-media onto your iPad.
