When you open Expert_Card_Technique.html in your webbrowser (Netscape or IE on PC, Netscape on Mac) then click the 'speak' button in the upper right hand corner. This will open a new window and provide a download link for a speech plug-in (free for personal use). After you downloaded and installed the plug-in reopen the 'speak' window, select a voice and click 'Speak' button. Enjoy.

I have uploaded the second generation of speech enabled ebook. This one can change the speed of speech from fast to slow. It also allows one to select a text passage from where the speech synthesis is started, rather starting from the page top.
