Magico Magazine in New York is the publisher. The book is already in stock at several of the jobbers so should be in retail stores soon.

Is this a reprint of the classic, "The Magic Of Rober Harbin"?

No. This is a collection of Harbincadabra and some other material. The Magic Circle of London now owns the rights to Magic by Robert Harbin. There are no plans at the present to do a reprint.
