That is great news. However I haven't been able to locate where they are. Any clues, please?

Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
Great news, but as Q. Kumber I couldn't locate them (on a desktop)
Some days ago, clicking over "issues" button opened the window with all the Genii issues and at the left was visible the names Genii and Magic. There I could switch between both magazines and select some Magic covers, but issues didn't open correctly.
Now I have logged in but the bar with Genii/Magic isn't displayed.

Worked for me on a desktop, all issues available. Although, scanning a few showed problems with pages not showing up.

Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
I am the dunce: I opened the archive from within an issue of genii and got to the screen with all the years listed, but can't find the MAGIC issues. Can anyone please help?
Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
I had been searching under "Archive".
Instead go to any of the recent issues and then on the vertical bar on the right of the webpage, click "Issues" and a link will show for either GENII or MAGIC.

It's still pretty buggy and frustrating from where I sit. MacAir laptop. Lots of random navigating to get to a proper link, and then any given page may or may not load.

So I tried this with Chrome: I opened the Max Maven issue, and clicked the "Issues Icon" on the vertical bar. However, all that came up was an open window with thumbnails of all of the Genii issues shown. No link for MAGIC showed up. What am I doing wrong please?

How odd. MAGIC is no longer showing up on my browser either.
The issues of MAGIC are all there in the App. Go to the three dots in the black bar at the bottom right. Tap that. At the top you will see a drop down menu to chose either Genii or MAGIC.

Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
I find if I click on "Issues" in the vertical menu bar on the right it usually shows just the Genii issue thumbnails. Sometimes there's also a tab for MAGIC; other times there isn't, but then if I click on "Issues" in the toolbar thing at the top left (Issues, Help, Contact, Settings) the two tabs for Genii and MAGIC tabs reappear. Having said that, although the MAGIC issue thumbnails are shown they don't load when I click on them.

Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
There's an interesting bit of code under the Issues page which might be doing something; if you inspect the link for the Issues tab at the top of the grid page, you get this:
Without knowing the database design on the back end, it would be hard to know what to change in the link to see the Magic magazines, but reading through this, it does seem that Genii is hard coded into the page.

Mr. Corrie: Pictured below is what I see when I open an issue of Genii in a browser. I can't see the "toolbar thing at the top left" which you are referring to. Do I need to change the view somehow?
Thanks!

Oh, OK, I think I get it:
First, Click Options on the right vertical toolbar and this window opens:
Then Click Issues in the new window:
Then Select Genii or MAGIC
As posted above, thumbnails of MAGIC show, but no joy when it comes to opening up some of the issues so far.

Just looked on my iPad. All issues of MAGIC are there (except for a few) and all open with no problem. I just about 25 random issues from different years.

Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
Worked well on my iPad as well, including opening the issues and perusing their contents.
What a fantastic resource!! After years of collecting these issues and seeing them stack up endlessly I can now for the price of Genii subscription have access to all the Magic and Genii issues ever printed! I've already spent too many hours looking through them and will continue to do so. Congratulations to the Genii staff on this project and for making it available.

I'm glad this is receiving active focus and is getting closer.
Earlier today I could see the MAGIC cover thumbnails, but the only one I tried to open failed to load. It also froze my browser tab. That was using the Chrome browser on Windows 7.
Currently I don't see the MAGIC issues at all.

If the MAGIC tab appears and disappears, then they must be working on it.

I should have been more specific... it is a Kindle Fire tablet.

Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
Is anyone else still having trouble viewing the MAGIC issues? I now find I usually get the covers, but when I try to go into an issue it won't load at all. Or else it does load, and all the pages appear as thumbnails, but when I try to get the full view most of the pages are blank. I've tried from both PC and Mac, and still no luck. Is there some kind of setting I need to change?

Same thing for me. It's impossible to read a full issue. Some pages can't be load.
What can we do?

Having decent luck with the Android app. However, the desktop /web works great for Genii issues but for magic issues it's either ungodly slow or won't load it all for many issues.

I've had the area containing the issues of MAGIC shut off until more bugs are worked out.

Re: Most Issues of MAGIC Magazine are Now Live in the Genii Archive
I can't find the final issue of Magic Magazine in the Genii Archive.
Magicmagazine.com posted: "A complete file of all 301 digital issues is available for purchase from Lybrary.com. Also, the collection is available for browsing with your subscription to Genii Magazine or Ask Alexander."
Is there a digital resource for #301?

Bummer. I went to my notes on Chad's Checkers and found I hadn't finished them. I do that a lot.

I am not sure why, at this late date, it's not available.

Stop lookin'. I found it. It was hiding between Kenner's Totally Out of Control and Arcade Dreams by Racherbaumer. That's the first place I should have looked.
Any idea what price the final issue of Magic Magazine #301 would fetch?
One owner, only lost once.
