Oh, I remember this guy! I think I saw him on a video with Mahdi Gilbert! I remember thinking he was only about 14 years old! It seems he is much older.
This is what happens when you use untrained assistants that have not been with you for years. I suppose sometimes you have to do this for logistical and financial reasons but it often doesn't work out. I have seen John Calvert do this with people he hired when he got to the town he was working in and it was bloody awful.
You have enough trouble worrying about your own work rather than having to worry about your assistant as well. I really think they have to have done show after show after show with you in order for it to work properly.
