Sad to report that Eddie Gibson of Preston, England has passed away.
A fine creator and manufacturer of coin gaffs, as well as crafted metal turned tricks.
As far as I know he was the only manufacturer of the trick known as the Chinese Bit, a version of CSB, that was more complicated to make, but no more difficult to perform. A few years ago, he made me up some sets with copper Irish coins.
With Peter Diamond having died a couple of months ago, and now Eddie, both magic dealers and manufacturers from Preston, it leaves a big void.

He's already missed. Do folks remember those plastic wallets with his Kangaroo Coin sets, or his well made Slippery Sam Combination Coin sets, or that vanish of a stack of half dollars inside a tube with brass caps?
