Like everything else these days, that which is supposed to be simple and straightforward is not.

It turned out that a whole bunch of the files we were sent were problematic and had to be rescanned.

What was provided to my company was not in individual issues, but in volumes, which makes it a lot more work for them to break it up and create the archive.

At this point they've been working on it for three or four months and it's still not done!

I participated in the project to break volumes into issues for Genii. I did a 10-year chunk for that.

If it would help, I would volunteer again.
