Early Bird special $295 until August 31, 2016. After that, things go up $100

I hope they will consider announcing some of the booked talent before the end of the early bird special so I can make an informed decision on whether to pull the trigger.

look at the best acts of magic live and the genii bash. then divide that by 3 (if you're being generous) and shove that into a tired format that appeals only to the nearly deceased and those who have nothing better to do.

With respect, I really enjoyed the last IBM/SAM (although I thought it was a couple of days too long). Looks like the organizers are tightening things up this time around.

Point taken though: perhaps I will consider other conventions instead in 2017, but we'll see.

I don't think anyone in the USA really wants to go to a 6-day convention.

BUT... the next Genii convention will be October 4-8 2017 in Orlando. Same great hotel!
