The distribution of the book is being held by slipcases for the deluxe edition. Makes no sense to me. I saw a finished copy of the printed book back at the end of January.

Well, there ARE three excellent tricks from him (written up by Andi in "Magicana") in thee July Genii very soon. And these three effect do NOT appear in the book.

I didn't see Tomas listed in the credits. Which character did he purportedly play?

He was Boombox guy - he's in at 0:26 seconds, and out at 0:28 :)

I'm sorry that Tomas was only able to boom the box for 2 seconds. Fortunately, there is an effective treatment for that condition.
