New Login for iGenii When Using an App

Folks, we have upgraded our login system for iGenii when using an app (tablet, phone, etc).
It looks a little different, but just enter your email and password as instructed and let us know if you have any problems.

Hi Richard,

Regression for me. Never had a problem and now after entering my email and password it gives me a "no valid subscription" message. :-(

Try changing your password on the Genii website (using your browser). That should fix it.

I deleted the app and did a clean re-install (Android 5.1 - Nexus 7)

The new login screen appeared and seemed to properly log me in (i.e. I showed up as authenticated).

However, once I selected the issue to "browse" the app went into an infinite loop, never being able to load even the first page.

I'll try again when I get home to make sure it's not a connection issue here.

I deleted and performed a clean install. Now I'm getting invalid username or password.
I can log in on my browser.

I changed my password and no problem accessing the Forum. I get an error message while trying to log in to the app - Email Address or Password Not Found

Browser login has always worked.

Verified that the issue is real (tried two tablets, two WiFi networks, re-installed app, etc.) Per Richard's message above this one, I'll try again tomorrow

I hadn't used the app for a few days but when I logged in this morning on my iPad using my email address and current password, it seemed to work fine except for taking longer than normal to load. We'll see if the speed goes back to normal after awhile. I haven't tried the Android tablet yet.

Hi Richard,

Mine worked earlier today and I just tried to log in again and now have the same "No valid subscription" message. When it worked earlier today it logged in automatically with no problems. (Android Tablet)

Someone just told me that he was able to login, but not able to open the issue. Anyone having that problem?

And... It's now broken again in exactly the same way. Allows me to login, but goes into an infinite loop once I try to actually view an issue.

Using an iPad 2 I also get "no valid subscription".
Deleted the app, installed again and same message.

I did that, and it seems to be working again. I will do a complete log out and restart tonight to see if it works consistently.

When you now open the app, you will have to log in using your email address and password. Please let me know if it works for you.

If it does NOT work, please send your email address and password to: moobooks@verizon.net so I can have the company run a test.
