Re: Review of The Skinner Tapes on About.com
Is this a recent addition to renewal offers? I renewed on Sept 23 and don't recall any previous mention or I likely would have taken advantage of it.

He announced it on October 20. Call Margret and add another year to your renewal; you won't regret it!

Re: Review of The Skinner Tapes on About.com
I received The Skinner Tapes about a month ago. I had some concerns prior to ordering but, after listening, I thought they were outstanding. I am not a professional but I found the discussions on the tapes enlightening with respect to Mr. Skinner's thought processes, what he considered important, and how he routined his effects. He does go into great detail on the specifics of some of his handlings and the descriptions are easy to follow (especially since you can replay them). In most of them, he is describing the effects with the cards in his hands as he is going through the descriptions. If someone is looking for a flashy new move then this is not the product for them. But, if they are looking for a good perspective on many classic effects and the thoughts of Mr. Skinner on his approach to them with a bigger emphasis on the why instead of the how, I think they will be pretty satisfied with the content.
