Just an fyi my website was overhauled this past weekend and I am now able to accept instant download orders for the 2 for 1 PDF lecture notes "The Experts at the Breakfast Table" and "Tom and His Merry Men or I Want to be a Spanish Magician When I Grow Up" (as well as "OiATER" as an instant download PDF) through the website.
