Podcast from July 5th of the IBM/SAM Combined Convention

It's over and I'm sleep deprived but I've seen some wonderful magic, some old friends, and recorded some great podcasts...well, in my opinion.

Lupe Nielsen was the guest speaker at the annual Order of Merlin breakfast this year. She talked about the Nielsen Poster Collection and showed many examples of those posters in a video presentation. Although you cannot see the pictures, she did allow me to record and broadcast the audio portion which opens this final day podcast from St. Louis. I have visited their lovely home and took multiple pictures which I hope to post to the blog in the near future, perhaps once I return to Houston and get some sleep.

Ice McDonald spoke with me about his upcoming plans for the year as the National President. We then have lunch with Eugene Burger and Dr. Larry Hass who talk about the importance of scripting and having a director.

Finally, Stan Allen and I chat about magazine publishing, MAGIC Live!, the Magic Summit, M360, the change from the iPad version of the magazine to a PDF format, and so much more.
