I couldn't recall if this 2008 article had been posted before here:

It's an interesting article on Blaine and his approach contrasted with the "mainstream" approach (represented by JIS). The article is mostly about Jamy, but the back half discusses Blaine. Some other magic thinkers show up in the article as well.
