Sad to report the passing of John Nicholls who had retired to England's East Coast. Not professional but a very accomplished and extremely knowledgeable card man. We spoke and met frequently as we were unaware of any others locally conversant with the advanced subject—our last conversation was on Gary Plants' handling of the Zarrow shuffle. Although he had not published much, last year he had completed writing a book of his own material, and another for Roger Crosthwaite who I cannot contact. Anyone know where he is?
John will be missed by many in the British Card world.

Re: John Nicholls
Richard,
John and I spoke of publishing as an e-book after I had prepared it for printing—design, typography—but family not yet ready to discuss. Would you like to publish in paper? After you have seen it.
Roger has left last place details I had and I'm now trying to trace him.

Re: John Nicholls
Richard, That's the reply I expected—just being polite in asking! Especially looking forward to the Skinner production.
